We are a German-American small family business. Our family has provided high-quality accommodations to expats and secondees from around the world for over 50 years.

It’s a challenge to stay fit when on secondment. Extended hotel stays and working lunches can take a toll on your health as well as your wallet. Take advantage of a fully appointed kitchen to prepare a home-cooked meal, or get in a quick workout in the exercise room in the comfort of your own apartment.

Bergen-Enkheim is a popular district with locals, and rightly so – you will find a mall, several supermarkets, banks, bakeries, cafés, and above all, endless sports opportunities right in front of your doorstep. Be downtown via the nearby metro (U7, U4) in 20 minutes. Hit the extensive public swimming, sauna and sports facility Riedbad,  tennis courts, or run or bike around the beautiful Ried nature reserve with many kilometers of forested paths and small lakes - all within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. We have bike storage available inside and outside the building.
